These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and slothelp ("slothelp," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at slothelp.one and its associated mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using the slothelp Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

To register and use the slothelp Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. slothelp strictly prohibits access by minors and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
4. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on the slothelp Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that restricts your access to online gaming platforms.
6. Not a Restricted Person: Employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of slothelp and its affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

slothelp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming features on the slothelp Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it if any details change.
• You are the sole authorized user of your account and will not share your login credentials with any third party.
• You will keep your password confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• You will notify slothelp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

slothelp implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time slothelp deems appropriate.

slothelp reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

slothelp supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱):

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits: All deposits are subject to a minimum amount as specified on the Platform at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. slothelp is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. slothelp aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in your name, to prevent money laundering.

Currency: All transactions on the slothelp Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the User.

slothelp reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

slothelp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. slothelp reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• slothelp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the slothelp Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

slothelp uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. All game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by slothelp or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, slothelp will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, slothelp shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Any bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided.

slothelp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by technical error, fraud, or collusion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slothelp Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with any slothelp employee.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access your account or use the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slothelp staff or other users through any communication channel.

All content on the slothelp Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of slothelp or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from slothelp.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any content of the Platform on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device.

Any unauthorized use of slothelp's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense under Philippine law.

slothelp is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering on the slothelp Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences.

slothelp will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

slothelp is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while the vast majority of our players enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment, a small number of individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviors. slothelp takes this responsibility seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.

• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slothelp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content therein.

Without limiting the foregoing, slothelp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond slothelp's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any losses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, slothelp's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall slothelp's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slothelp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slothelp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a Philippine regulatory authority or court.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting slothelp's customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including slothelp's right to recover any amounts owed by you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

slothelp operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

slothelp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, slothelp will notify registered users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will always be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. slothelp recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current version.
