Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion is a Serious, Binding Tool

Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gaming tool available on slothelp. It is designed for players who feel that they have lost control of their gambling and need a firm, enforced break from the Platform. When you self-exclude, your slothelp account is immediately suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets for the duration of your chosen exclusion period.

slothelp offers the following self-exclusion options:

  • Short-Term Exclusion (1–6 months): Suitable for players who need a meaningful break but anticipate returning to recreational play in the future. At the end of the exclusion period, you must actively request reinstatement — your account will not automatically reopen.
  • Long-Term Exclusion (1–5 years): For players who need an extended period away from gambling. The same reinstatement process applies at the end of the period, with an additional mandatory 7-day cooling period before reinstatement is processed.
